Capping (Riding as a Guest)
Interested in joining us for a hunt? We'd love to have you!
Associate and non-members are welcome to cap up to twice per season (unless otherwise indicated). Simply complete the guest registration form at least 48 hours in advance and we'll be in touch with hunt day details and club policies.
Capping Fees
Weekday Hunts — $50/rider
Sunday & Holiday Hunts — $100/rider
Juniors — $40/rider
Western tack is welcome. Helmets and proper boots are required.

Complete our online Waiver
Submit a valid Ontario Equestrian (OE) membership number
OE membership is required for all W-WH riding events and is not included in capping fees. If you're not yet a member, you can apply online at the link below.
Capping Certificates
If you have a Capping Certificate, please register in advance as usual and present it to the Field Secretary upon arrival.
