Supporting The Club Is A Win/Win/Win
An Associate Member (or non-riding Member) is an important member in our club. The support directly goes to the health and welfare of our Hounds.
Hunting privileges are extended to an Associate member within the Hunt Capping Policy.
They are entitled to attend and to cast one vote at meetings of The Hunt for the election of an Associate Member to a Director seat on the Board.
Associate Members are welcome to attend Meets of The Hunt as foot/car followers/road-whips/assist with traffic safety and are welcome to attend Hunt Breakfasts with one guest.
Membership entitles them to receive all Notices, Newsletters, Fixture Cards and to attend all social functions of The Hunt.
Associate Member fees directly support the Hounds.
And, are welcome to participate in the hunt by following in a vehicle or on foot. Associate members are an integral part of the Club by volunteering to help on Hunt Days.

Trying us on
Associate members can ride in the hunt in accordance with our capping policy. Any capping fees paid count towards a Riding Membership if you wish to become a Riding Member!
This is an ideal way to experience the Hunt and the W-WH family.

There is an annual fee for your Wellington-Waterloo Hunt Club Associate Membership. Once your membership application is submitted, our administrator will contact you.
