Please complete the new member application form. The fees and payment information for your requested membership level, as well as the Hunt Club rules and policies.

*Note: upon submission you will be redirected to our release and acceptance of risk form. This additional form is required to be completed for all members. Your completed and submitted form will be accepted as your electronic signature.

ONTARIO EQUESTRIAN (OE)

OE Membership is mandatory for all categories of W-WH Riding Members. OE annual subscriptions are not included in the applicable W-WH membership fees.

  • CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP ANNUAL FEE (2026)

    Adult Riding (26 and over) $756.00*

    Family Membership

    All adults each pay an Adult Riding Membership fee; children are $20 each. (Register each Family Member Individually)

    Family Riding Membership shall be the sum of the fees from the Adult Riding Members in one household with no charge, other than the MFHA Junior Pack Membership fee* for Junior Members living at home. Please register each Junior separately.

    Family Membership

    The total Family Riding Membership cost is calculated as follows:

    • Adults: Each adult in the household pays the current Adult Riding Membership fee.

    • Juniors (children living at home): There is no additional household fee for juniors beyond the MFHA Junior Pack Membership fee, which applies to each junior member. Register each junior individually.

    • * MFHA Junior Pack Membership Fee waived for those Juniors who are current recipients of the MFHA Fairly Hunted Award.

    • *Includes MFHA “Pack” Membership $50 Adult & Intermediate, $20 Junior

    Intermediate Riding (19 - 25) $315.00*

    Junior Riding (18 and under) $178.00*

    Introductory First Year (Never previously a W-WH Riding Member) discount: 10% of above fees.

    Guest Riding (two hunts per season) – Cap Fees

    $100 each on Weekends

    $50.00 each Midweek

    Junior Guest Riding – Cap Fee $40 each

    Cap Fees paid will be credited towards Membership for those joining after riding as Guests (within the same Membership year)

    Family Membership

    Register each family member individually. The total Family Riding Membership is calculated as follows:

    • Adults: Each adult in the household pays the standard Adult Riding Membership fee.

    • Juniors (children living at home): Each junior pays only the MFHA Junior Pack Membership fee ($20). Register each junior separately.

    Note: The MFHA Junior Pack Membership fee is waived for juniors who are current recipients of the MFHA Fairly Hunted Award.

    Introductory Membership (First Year)

    New members who have never previously held a W-WH Riding Membership receive a 10% discount on the fees above.

    Guest Riding (up to two hunts per season)

    Guest Type Fee Adult — Weekend $100 per Hunt Adult — Midweek$50 per Hunt Junior $40 per hunt

    Cap fees paid as a guest will be credited toward membership fees if the guest joins as a full member within the same membership year.
